After disassembling the roof, we found sound-absorbing material installed. However, it does not fully cover the surface, which does not meet proper installation standards. We removed it, then cleaned and thoroughly degreased the surface.
The first layer is STP Gold vibration damping, designed to reduce vibrations and rain and hail noise. The second layer is STP Biplast, which helps reduce heat transfer and improves sound absorption.
After disassembling the interior, we found factory vibration insulation on the floor. Only minimal coverage was present, and it was insufficient for effective noise control, so it was completely removed. The metal surface was then cleaned and thoroughly degreased.
Floor Sound Proof
We apply STP Gold vibration-damping material to the metal surfaces.
Floor Sound Proof
The second layer consists of sandwich composite materials: STP Sonora is installed under the front seats and in the central tunnel, while STP Bromo is used under the rear seats. These materials combine both sound insulation and sound absorption properties.
Boot Sound Proof
After removing the trim, we found factory vibration damping material in the boot area. It provides insufficient coverage, especially in high-load areas such as the wheel arches. The material was completely removed, and the surface was cleaned.
Boot Sound Proof
We apply STP Gold to the boot area, including the wheel arches.
Boot Sound Proof
The second layer consists of STP Bromo sandwich material, which provides both sound insulation and sound absorption.
Doors Sound Proof
We disassembled the doors and found factory vibration damping material inside. As with the previous doors, it was removed, and the metal surface was cleaned and thoroughly degreased.
Doors Sound Proof
We apply STP Gold vibration damping material to the metal surface. It reduces vibrations and improves speaker sound quality.
Doors Sound Proof
The second layer is STP Sonora sandwich material, which provides both sound absorption and sound insulation.
