After inspecting the car and measuring the noise, the following solution was proposed: comprehensive soundproofing of the car using
STP 2 layers technology with processing of the front panel.
We disassembled the cabin, degreased the metal, made sure there was no corrosion and began soundproofing.
Having disassembled the roof, we see sound-absorbing material. It does not cover the surface completely, i.e. the installation rules are violated. We remove it, clean and degrease the surface.
- The first layer is STP Gold vibration insulation. It will remove vibrations, noise from rain and hail. The second layer is STP Bipast to reduce heat and absorbs sound waves.
- Having disassembled the interior, we see factory vibration insulation on the floor. There is little of it, there is no use for it, so we remove everything, clean and degrease the metal.

- We roll the metal with StP Gold vibration insulation.

The second layer is sandwich materials: under the front seats and in the center - Sonora, under the rear seats - Bromo. These materials combine the functions of sound insulation and sound absorption.

- Having removed the trim, we see the factory vibration isolation in the trunk. It is clearly not enough, especially for the vibration-loaded wheel arches, so we remove everything and clean it.

We treat the trunk, including the wheel arches, with StP Gold

The second layer is made of Bromo sandwich material, which simultaneously functions as a sound absorber and sound insulator.

We disassemble the doors and see the factory vibration insulation. As before, we remove it, clean and degrease the metal.

We roll the StP Gold vibration damper onto the metal. It eliminates vibrations and improves the sound quality from the speakers.
