It is important to identify the areas with the highest vibration load and treat them accordingly. No matter how many layers are applied, if the sound deadening is placed where it is not needed, there will be no result from the vehicle's noise and vibration insulation. Sound insulation depends on the body configuration. If it is a sedan, only the cabin floor is treated. If the vehicle is a wagon or hatchback, the sound deadening work also covers the luggage compartment up to the rear door.
We remove the seats from the vehicle interior. We remove the centre console and the sill trims. We remove the floor covering, dismantle the interior, clear the treatment area and clean and degrease the metal.
Maximum and medium vibration absorption is applied to the areas with the highest vibration load: the arches, engine compartment bulkhead, front floor, and the areas under the driver's and passenger's seats.
