After inspection, we recommended a 4-door sound deadening installation using our Ultimate package, including treatment of all plastic trims and interior panels for maximum effectiveness.
After disassembling the door, we found there was no factory insulation or vibration damping present — only bare metal allowing noise to pass through freely.
On the door trim panel, only two pieces of old synthetic padding were present. These were removed and replaced with modern sound deadening materials for effective noise and vibration control.
This layered approach ensures effective noise reduction and a solid, factory-fresh interior finish.
Iner Door Skin
On the inner door skin, the surface was thoroughly degreased before applying STP Gold for vibration damping, followed by STP Sonora as the second layer to reduce external noise and eliminate rattles.

All service openings are carefully reinstated to factory specification, ensuring full functionality and access are preserved.
Doors Sound Proof
Finally, the outer skin is sealed with STP Diamond, reducing noise transfer and creating a proper acoustic enclosure for improved speaker performance.
