Floor Sound Proofing
Stock insulation provides minimal noise reduction. It offers little sound isolation and mainly functions as a basic foam layer.
Floor Sound Proofing
The boot area in the GR Yaris has minimal factory sound insulation. However, the large wheel arches contribute significantly to low-frequency road noise, which reduces overall cabin comfort and refinement.

Floor Soundproofing Reduces

Reduces aerodynamic and road noise, creating a calmer cabin environment.
It also minimises vibration load on the vehicle’s body, extending panel longevity and improving overall comfort.

Floor Soundproofing

In this image, the left side has been treated with STP Gold to reduce metal resonance and STP Bromo to absorb mid- and high-frequency noise. This combination significantly reduces overall noise levels, improving cabin comfort.

Doors Soundproofing

We found that the GR Yaris doors have minimal factory sound insulation.
Given their large surface area, covering more than half of the vehicle’s side profile, they play a major role in overall cabin noise and benefit significantly from proper sound deadening.

Doors Soundproofing

As part of our standard approach, both the inner and outer door skins were fully soundproofed with StP Gold.

The door card was treated with soft STP Biplast to eliminate plastic contact, while STP Bitoplast was applied around the perimeter to remove any potential rattles and ensure a solid, refined finish.
